- Your Coursify account profile and authentication-linked application data.
- Courses, modules, sections, research notes, generation history, and related drafts.
- Saved provider API keys, tool keys, and user-specific configuration.
- Waitlist records associated with your email address.
How to request deletion
Send an email to raiyanhasan2006@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Coursify account. Use the subject line "Coursify data deletion request" and include the account email you want deleted.
Verification
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. This protects users from unauthorized deletion requests.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or fraud-prevention records where retention is required for operational, legal, or security reasons.
Before deleting
Deletion may be permanent. Export or save any course or research content you want to keep before submitting a deletion request.
